m.Net appoints new Chief Marketing Officer

m.Net Corporation has recruited digital-marketing strategist Scott Johnson as Chief Marketing Officer to drive product development, marketing, and sales.

In his previous role as marketing director of News Digital Media, Scott was responsible for the growth of high-profile products such as news.com.au, FoxSports, Carsguide, and CareerOne, as well as launching the Truelocal and News Digital Media brands. Before joining News, Scott held a variety of senior marketing management roles with Singtel Optus, launching key products in the TV, broadband content and corporate divisions.
